I hate being in pain. Simply put, the entire staff from the first phone interaction until the doctor has finished, is all geared towards making you feel comfortable and taking away your pain. I really do not like the dentist and dental procedures. I never imagined I’d have such an overwhelmingly pleasant experience having root canal! The staff is very caring and charming. The doctor is very personable and when it comes to working on your teeth, he’s a smooth operator. They all contributed to make my experience the best dental experience of my life. Thank you.

I was referred to this office for a root canal. The doctor did a good job with the treatment, but my experience with the billing staff was extremely disappointing. The office employee, Lisa, handled the billing, and I believe my insurance was billed with unnecessary or excessive procedure codes. I was charged $188 out of pocket, and my insurance was billed for four different codes (consultation, intraoral pulp vitality test, CBCT scan, and a limited X-ray), totaling $297.90. From my perspective, only one X-ray and one scan were performed. I have had the same type of scan done at other dental offices for around $80, while this office charged $375. Before my appointment, I was told I would be responsible for 50% of the $375 scan fee. After collecting $297.90 from my insurance and $188 from me, the office still called to collect an additional $14.10. What concerns me most is that these charges used up a large portion of my annual dental insurance benefits. As a result, I now have very little coverage left and will have to pay for my crown mostly out of pocket. When I questioned the billing, Lisa was rude and raised her voice during the phone call. Dr. Svetkov is outstanding and a true perfectionist. I came in with an extremely difficult case and severe infection, and thanks to his expertise, both of my teeth were saved. He is honest, patient, and takes tremendous pride in his work. The entire office provides an exceptional experience. Highly recommend!

From the moment you walk into Dr. Svetcov's office, you're greeted by a friendly, welcoming team that makes you feel at ease right away. The intake process is seamless — they text you a link so you can fill out the forms right on your phone. No clipboards, no hassle. Dr. Svetcov and his team are incredibly professional, focused, and efficient. Honestly, getting my root canal felt like being in a NASCAR pit stop — they had me in and out before I knew it. I'd heard every horror story imaginable about root canals and the severe pain people deal with afterward. I know everyone's experience is different, but I felt no pain after it was done, went out to eat with friends just two hours later, and woke up the next day still pain-free. Dr. Svetcov is the Picasso of root canals — a true artist at his craft. Thank you to Dr. Svetcov and the entire team for making what I expected to be a dreaded experience genuinely impressive. Highly, highly recommended. I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, I already know exactly where I'm going.

Doctor Svetcov and his entire team are amazing. I am very grateful to my dentist for referring me to Dr. Svetcov, he has years of experience and treated a couple of complicated teeth that I feared I’d need to remove. Everyone at his office is very professional. Probably one of the few doctors I do trust and recommend!
